How to use a promo code or coupon
Promo codes can be applied during checkout when available.

If a promotion is available for your checkout, you can apply the code directly during the secure checkout flow.

  • Enter the code exactly as provided.

  • If a code does not work, confirm that it is still valid and matches the offer terms.

How to cancel your subscription

  • If cancellation is available, your Plus access usually remains active through the current paid period.

A successful payment can still take a short time to activate.

If checkout completed but Plus is not active yet, open the Plus success page or refresh your Plus settings after a short wait.

  • Activation depends on billing confirmation, not only the redirect page.
  • Some payments may remain in processing briefly before access is updated.
  • If activation still does not complete, contact support with your email and payment time.
