These Terms are a contract between you and LifeAider. By using LifeAider, you agree to these Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Quick summary

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, scams, or illegal activity.
  • You own your content, but you give LifeAider permission to host and display it.
  • Jobs must be real and safe. We remove scams and misleading listings.
  • Plus has two plans: Global Plus (card payments) and Bangladesh Plus (local payments). Billing rules are explained below.
  • If you break these rules, we may remove content or suspend accounts to protect the community.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 12 years old to use LifeAider. You’re responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login details secure.

  • Use accurate information (don’t impersonate others).
  • Don’t attempt to access accounts or data you don’t own.
  • We may restrict features for safety, compliance, or abuse prevention.

Content rules & conduct

LifeAider is a growth-only community. You agree not to post or share:

  • Harassment, threats, hate, or targeted abuse.
  • Spam, engagement manipulation, or deceptive links.
  • Illegal content or instructions that facilitate wrongdoing.
  • Private personal data of others (doxxing).
  • Misleading medical, financial, or legal claims presented as professional advice.

If you see abuse, report it through Contact support.

Jobs & listings safety

LifeAider’s job features are designed to help real people find real opportunities. To protect users, job posts must not include:

  • Fake employers, identity harvesting, or “pay-to-apply” scams.
  • Requests for sensitive documents or payments before a verified hiring stage.
  • Misleading compensation, role details, or location information.

We may remove job listings, limit distribution, or restrict accounts when we detect risk.

LifeAider Plus, payments & refunds

LifeAider Plus may be offered through different payment providers depending on your region:

  • Global Plus: international card payments (e.g., Stripe).
  • Bangladesh Plus: local payment methods (e.g., bKash / Nagad / cards / bank) via local gateways.

When you start a checkout, you may be redirected to a payment provider’s secure page. The provider may collect payment details directly and send us confirmation.

  • Renewals: some plans renew automatically; others may require manual renewal, depending on provider and plan type.
  • Refunds: if refunds are offered, they follow the rules shown at checkout and applicable law. Some fees (e.g., provider fees) may be non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks: abusive disputes may lead to account restrictions to prevent fraud.

For billing questions, use Contact support and choose category “Payments”.

Your content & rights

You own the content you create. By posting on LifeAider, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content to operate the service (for example: showing your post to followers, rendering it in feeds, and enabling sharing inside the app).

Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share. We respond to valid rights complaints and may remove content or restrict accounts when required.

Enforcement & termination

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts if we believe there’s a violation of these Terms or a safety/security risk.

  • We may take action with or without notice depending on risk severity.
  • Some obligations survive termination (e.g., dispute terms, certain licenses already granted).

Disclaimers & liability

LifeAider is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that content is accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeAider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or safety improvements. If changes are material, we will provide a reasonable notice (for example, through an in-app notice or an update on this page).

The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision.
