1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and LifeAider, Inc., a Delaware corporation, for your use of LifeAider websites, apps, accounts, community features, jobs, AI guidance, personalised tools, LifeAider Plus, and related services.
By accessing or using LifeAider, you agree to these Terms.
If you use LifeAider on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use LifeAider.

4. Google sign-in and third-party authentication
LifeAider may allow users to create or access accounts using Google sign-in or other third-party authentication providers.
When you use Google sign-in, Google may provide LifeAider with authentication-related information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.
LifeAider does not receive your Google password.
Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s own terms and policies.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure if you use it to access LifeAider.
LifeAider provides focused tools and experiences for daily life support, including community, jobs, AI guidance, personalised wellness tools, beauty support, time management, and productivity.
Community and feed features may allow users to post, view, save, comment, react, follow, and interact with content.
LifeAider AI may provide generated guidance, suggestions, explanations, and planning support.
Jobs features may allow users to explore opportunities, save jobs, apply for jobs, or interact with job-related content.
LifeAider tools may include personalised nutrition, personalised beauty, time tracking, task tracking, reminders, calendar-style planning, and related features.
LifeAider Plus or other paid features may provide access to premium tools, limits, or experiences.
We may add, change, limit, rename, or remove features as the product evolves.
6. AI guidance and generated outputs
LifeAider AI and related tools may generate outputs based on information you provide. AI outputs can be helpful, but they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
You should review AI outputs carefully and use your own judgment.
AI outputs are not professional medical, legal, financial, employment, safety, or emergency advice.
Do not rely on AI outputs as the only source for important decisions.

You are responsible for the information you submit to AI tools and for how you use the outputs.
7. Wellness, nutrition, beauty, and productivity tools
LifeAider tools are designed for practical support and personal organization. They are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or regulated services.
Personalised nutrition features are for general informational and planning support only.
Personalised beauty features are for general self-care and product/routine support only.
Time and task tracking features help users organize activity, but users remain responsible for their own schedules, commitments, and deadlines.
You should not use LifeAider tools for emergencies or urgent health, safety, legal, or financial issues.
You should not submit sensitive information unless you are comfortable with LifeAider processing it as described in our Privacy Policy.
LifeAider may provide job discovery, saved jobs, applications, job posts, career content, and related features. LifeAider does not guarantee job availability, hiring outcomes, employer responses, compensation, or listing accuracy.
Employers, recruiters, partners, or users may be responsible for job listing content they submit.
You should independently verify job details, employer identity, compensation, requirements, location, visa or work authorization needs, and application instructions.
LifeAider may remove, limit, or review job listings that appear misleading, unsafe, unlawful, spammy, or inconsistent with platform rules.
Applying for a job or contacting an employer may involve sharing information with third parties.
LifeAider is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers, recruiters, or third parties.
You are responsible for content you create, upload, post, send, save, or otherwise make available through LifeAider.
You may not post unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, violent, exploitative, infringing, spammy, or malicious content.
You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employment status, affiliation, or intent.
You may not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, overload the service, or interfere with platform security.
You may not use LifeAider to harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate, or harm other people.
You may not post content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
LifeAider may remove content, restrict distribution, limit features, or suspend accounts when needed to enforce these Terms.
10. Rights to your content
You keep ownership of content you submit to LifeAider, but you give LifeAider permission to use that content as needed to operate, provide, protect, improve, and promote the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content to LifeAider.
You grant LifeAider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, process, transmit, modify for formatting, and distribute your content as needed for the service.
Public content may be visible to other users and visitors depending on the feature and your settings.
Deleting content or your account may not immediately remove all copies from backups, logs, cached views, shared links, legal records, or third-party systems.
LifeAider may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand and improve the product.
11. LifeAider intellectual property
LifeAider, the LifeAider name, logos, designs, interfaces, software, features, graphics, text, content, and other materials are owned by LifeAider, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from LifeAider except as allowed by law or written permission.
Using LifeAider does not give you ownership of LifeAider intellectual property.
Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by LifeAider without obligation to you.
12. LifeAider Plus, paid features, billing, and refunds

15. Changes to LifeAider
LifeAider is an evolving product. We may update, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, tools, pages, plans, or availability.
We may update product features to improve quality, safety, performance, legal compliance, or business operations.

We are not required to maintain any specific feature forever unless required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

We may preserve or disclose information when needed for legal compliance, safety, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement.
You may stop using LifeAider at any time.
Some provisions of these Terms may continue after account closure, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and payment obligations.
17. Disclaimers
LifeAider is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LifeAider, Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that LifeAider will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
We do not guarantee results from AI guidance, wellness tools, beauty tools, productivity tools, jobs, applications, community content, or third-party services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LifeAider, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or business interruption.
LifeAider is not responsible for user content, third-party content, employer decisions, third-party services, or actions of other users.
LifeAider’s total liability for any claim will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid LifeAider for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim or USD $100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some limits may not apply to you.
19. Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifeAider, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of LifeAider, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires another governing law.
