These Terms are a contract between you and LifeAider. By using LifeAider, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

Quick summary

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, scams, fraud, or illegal activity.
  • You own your content, but you give LifeAider permission to host and display it to operate the service.
  • Jobs and listings must be real, accurate, and safe. We may remove scams or misleading listings.
  • LifeAider Plus is billed through a Stripe-hosted payment flow for the current live launch, and recurring billing terms are explained below.
  • If you break these rules, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts to protect the community and the platform.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 12 years old to use LifeAider. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login details secure.

  • Use accurate information and do not impersonate others.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts or data that you do not own.
  • We may restrict features for safety, compliance, abuse prevention, or security reasons.

Content rules & conduct

LifeAider is intended to support constructive growth, guidance, and community. You agree not to post or share:

  • Harassment, threats, hate, or targeted abuse.
  • Spam, engagement manipulation, deceptive promotions, or malicious links.
  • Illegal content or instructions that facilitate wrongdoing.
  • Private personal data of others without permission.
  • Misleading medical, legal, financial, or other professional claims presented as guaranteed advice.

If you see abuse or policy violations, report them through Contact support.

Jobs & listings safety

LifeAider’s job features are designed to support real people and real opportunities. To protect users, job posts and listings must not include:

  • Fake employers, identity harvesting, or pay-to-apply scams.
  • Requests for sensitive documents or payments before a legitimate hiring stage.
  • Misleading compensation, role details, employer identity, or location information.

We may remove listings, reduce distribution, or restrict accounts where we detect fraud, safety risk, or misleading behavior.

LifeAider Plus, billing, verification badges & refunds

LifeAider Plus is offered through a Stripe-hosted payment flow for the current live launch. When you start checkout, you may be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted billing page.

  • Payment processing: Stripe handles payment credentials and payment-method collection within its hosted checkout and billing tools.
  • Recurring subscriptions: unless otherwise stated at checkout, LifeAider Plus is a recurring subscription and renews automatically at the billing interval shown during checkout until canceled.
  • Cancellation: if you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
  • Renewal and pricing: the applicable price, billing interval, and any promotional discount are shown at checkout and in the billing flow at the time of purchase or renewal.
  • Billing management: billing portal access or related billing tools may be available through your account settings depending on your subscription state and billing setup.
  • Promotional codes and coupons: promo code, coupon, and discount use is subject to Stripe checkout availability, offer terms, abuse prevention rules, and applicable LifeAider terms.
  • Failed or incomplete payments: if a payment fails, is incomplete, or requires attention, Plus access may not activate or may lapse after the current billing period.
  • Refunds: refunds, if offered, are subject to the terms shown at checkout, applicable law, and any provider rules. Some charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Chargebacks and abuse: abusive disputes, fraud, or misuse of billing tools may result in account restrictions, subscription cancellation, or other protective action.

LifeAider may also offer account badges connected to subscription and verification status. Badge eligibility is limited to accounts with an active LifeAider Plus subscription.

  • Active Plus required: a badge is available only to active LifeAider Plus subscribers.
  • Subscription alone is not enough: subscribing to LifeAider Plus does not by itself guarantee that an account will receive or display a badge.
  • Verification may be skipped: after subscribing, a user may choose not to complete available verification steps. In that case, no badge may be granted.
  • Single badge design: LifeAider may use the same badge design to represent more than one verification state, including Verified and ID Verified.
  • Status shown on profile: where this feature is available, the exact badge meaning is shown when users click the badge on a profile.
  • Badge removal or change: a badge may be removed, hidden, or changed if a LifeAider Plus subscription expires, is canceled, is not successfully renewed, or if the account’s verification status changes, is withdrawn, cannot be confirmed, or no longer meets applicable requirements.

We may store limited billing and verification-related records needed for subscription status, entitlement checks, support, security, abuse prevention, and reconciliation. Full payment credentials are handled by the billing provider.

Your content & rights

You own the content you create. By posting or uploading content on LifeAider, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Do not post content you do not have the right to share. We may respond to valid intellectual-property complaints by removing content or restricting accounts where required.

Enforcement & termination

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts if we believe there is a violation of these Terms or a safety, security, fraud, or legal risk.

  • We may take action with or without notice depending on the risk and urgency.
  • Some obligations survive termination, including rights, disputes, and billing-related records where applicable.

Disclaimers & liability

LifeAider is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous availability, or that all content or guidance will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeAider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, billing changes, legal requirements, operational improvements, or safety needs.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the product, email, or other reasonable means. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
