Overview
- We collect information you provide, along with usage and security data needed to operate LifeAider.
- Some information is public by design, such as content you choose to publish, while other information remains private, such as account and billing records.
- Payments for LifeAider Plus are handled through Stripe-hosted billing tools. We receive confirmation and limited billing metadata, not your full payment credentials.
- Invoices and billing management may be available through account settings and related billing tools when supported for your subscription.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion through Contact support.
What we collect
A) Information you provide
- Account details, such as email, password hash, and basic profile information.
- Profile content you choose to share, such as name, bio, links, and similar fields.
- Content you create, including posts, comments, job-related content, messages, and uploads.
- Support requests, including issue category, messages, and any attachments you provide.
B) Information we collect automatically
- Device and browser information, including user agent and IP address for security and operations.
- Usage and performance data, such as pages viewed, features used, and error logs.
- Security signals, such as login activity and suspicious behavior indicators.
C) Information from integrations and service providers
- Social sign-in providers may share identifiers and basic profile details permitted by the provider and your settings.
- Stripe and related billing tools may share payment confirmation, subscription status, plan details, billing timestamps, and limited invoice metadata.
How we use information
- To provide and operate LifeAider, including authentication, feeds, jobs, groups, and tools.
- To personalize your experience, including preferences, product defaults, and recommendations.
- To protect LifeAider, including fraud detection, abuse prevention, and account security.
- To communicate with you, including service notices, support responses, and important updates.
- To improve reliability, quality, and performance through diagnostics, monitoring, and analytics.
- To manage subscriptions, billing support, entitlement checks, and account access related to LifeAider Plus.
Payments & billing
LifeAider Plus payments are handled through Stripe-hosted billing tools for the current live launch.
- Stripe processes payment credentials and related billing actions within its hosted billing flow.
- LifeAider receives limited billing information needed to confirm subscription status, support account access, handle billing support, and maintain billing records.
- These billing records may include subscription status, provider references, invoice or receipt links, timestamps, currency, plan details, and other limited billing metadata.
- We do not receive or store full card numbers or full payment credentials through our product interface.
Invoices and billing management may be available through account settings and related billing pages, depending on the subscription and billing state.
Data retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Account and security logs may be retained for fraud prevention and platform safety.
- Support messages may be retained to improve support quality and maintain audit history.
- Limited billing records may be retained for support, security, billing reconciliation, and access control.
- Backup copies may persist for a limited period for reliability and disaster recovery.
Your choices & rights
You may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete certain personal information.
- Control public visibility through available privacy settings.
- Opt out of certain communications, where applicable.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect accounts and data, including access controls, monitoring, and operational protections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your device secure.

International transfers
LifeAider may process and store information in countries other than where you live, depending on where our service providers operate. When we transfer data, we use safeguards required by applicable law.
Children & eligibility
LifeAider is not intended for children under 12. If you believe a child under 12 is using the service, please contact us through Help Centre.
